Pink Pumas

Check this OUT. My Basketball idol/niece, Chloe TEARS IT UP on the court! This is from a month or so ago, but I played awful in my last bball game, and thought this might bring me some inspiration. :)

enjoy my totally cool niece and watch her team SPANK the all boy team they played.

Oh, and my sis is the coach. She rocks.

This kid...

IS GETTING SO FUN!
Not that he wasn't before. It's a different kind of fun. One that's Sneaky, Clever and ADORABLE... if I do say so myself.

Lucas, would you like to go outside?
"uh hu!"
Lucas, do you want to smell Daddy's feet?
"uh hu!"
Lucas, isn't the bath water nice and warm?
"uh hu!"
Lucas, did you just go potty in the bath water?
"uh hu!"
That must be why the water is so warm.
"uh hu!"

Almost every question is answered this way. Unless he really disagrees.
I love him. If only I could catch these things on camera.

Happy Easter

The Easter Bunny came. I have been known to "skip" holiday gifts with Lucas because he really doesn't know any better... and it saves me money. With Grandparents around, he really doesn't go without! So... he got teddy grahams. :)
His cousins helped him find eggs,
but I'm not sure he cared because he kept dumping them out.
Happy Easter!
On another note, we got to listen to the prophet and that really made the day more special. The reason we celebrate Easter is most important and I really felt the Savior's love.

What's there to love about Missouri?

The airplane ride there.

Lucas' SUPER fun cousins.

(Jake, Preston)
(Tyson)
AWESOME spring weather that allowed Lucas to run like a wild child outside.
Auntie Kristi. She let Lucas have/do whatever he pleased the entire trip. Including opening and closing the garage door repeatedly and fishing in the bath.
Lunch dates at the elementry school with Kaleesa and Tyson.
Oh, and guess what? Missouri has School buses, TOO.
Only FAMILY come off of these ones!
CANNED Opossum. That's right, people. Road tenderized.
Surprisingly dessert like cherry sodas.
The "Hard Luck Cafe" where those who don't make it big sing to you while you eat.
(note the sleeping child. His schedule was non existent the entire trip)

(freshly woken child being serenaded. I wonder if he thought he was dreaming. :)

...and last but not least, TYSON.
The reason for our trip.
He was baptized and confirmed a member of the church.
It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed the relaxing break.
Thanks, sis for letting us visit!
