Fresh picked peas
This is BY FAR my favorite time of year. My Dad has the best garden going and we get to enjoy fresh corn, peas, zucchini, beans, raspberries, tomatoes and rhubarb. My Dad always says,
"There are two things in life money can't buy: true love and home grown tomatoes."
We sure are lucky to get to partake of his yummy veggies. It beats buying them and it's nice when we can pick our snacks right off the vine.
Thanks, Dad. All that farmin' paid off.
